These pictures were taken towards the end of January. After months of seeing Isaac lying in this playplace and staring up at the music-playing ladybug, it is so strange to see him sit up and grab it! Then, of course, he pulls it straight to his mouth!
This is when he'd just started scooting around (he is EVERYWHERE now), and I really thought he was learning to get up on all fours on this day.
He started out with a "wounded-dog-drag crawl," which we thought was only temporary.
But, it gets him where he wants to go, and he just figured out (this past weekend!) how to get up on all fours!

Papa Jack says it's called a "low crawl" in the military, and Isaac is pretty quick doing laps around the loveseat, going from room to room, and somehow always managing to find anything but his toys to chew on.
