Reading Where the Wild Things Are

I found Christian reading Where the Wild Things Are to Isaac:

I love how Christian shows Isaac all the pictures!

I got a little video before he noticed I was there:

and then he saw me!

He was glad to see me because he wanted to know if he could pick Isaac up. Christian is wanting to hold Isaac standing up lately, but we tell him that a parent needs to be in the room.

Christian has seen Jacob hold Isaac like this, so he wanted to do it too.

Christian's class was quoted in a local paper in a section called "What I Am Thankful For."

Here's Christian's submission:

I like my baby brother Isaac. He sometimes cries. He is a sweet baby. My mom can tickle him and he will laugh. I love my baby brother Isaac!

I am so THANKFUL for these boys and for my amazing husband. When I think of my life ten years ago and compare it to today, I cannot believe how many things have changed ...for the better! I am overwhelmed daily by God's grace in my life and feel so very, very undeserving (yet grateful!) for this wonderful little family that he's given me.

Happy Thanksgiving!
