Laura came to visit from Nashville for the weekend!
Laura came to visit from Nashville for the weekend!
She arrived Friday and stayed until Sunday morning.
On Saturday, we went to the annual Humboldt Strawberry Festival.
We headed to Humboldt Saturday morning and saw this Clydesdale horse at the festival.
Here's Christian with the Clydesdale... the horse is about all we saw at the Humboldt Strawberry Festival! It turns out that the big day of the festival is Friday, and it was pretty much winding down on Saturday!
I guess we'll know that next year...
After the Strawberry Festival, we went to Bells for "the best cheeseburgers this side of heaven."
(That's what it says on the door, and we think it's true!)
A trip to Bells is not complete without the ice cream to go!
Christian got a dipped cone -- yum!
Even though the Strawberry Festival was a bust, we still had fun with Laura! :)
