Jacob makes great pancakes. In Memphis, it was a Saturday morning tradition, but we don't do it as often any more. On this particular morning, I mixed up a bowlful of buckwheat pumpkin pancake batter, and I asked him to cook the whole batch so I could freeze them for easy breakfasts for Isaac.
I was just expecting round pancakes, maybe silver-dollar sized, since they were for Isaac.
This is what I found him making though...
