The garden continued

One night after dinner, Jacob called me outside and pointed at this part of our tomato plant and asked if I noticed anything strange.

It took a minute, then I noticed this guy.
That was the first sign that things were going wrong with our tomato plants....

The zucchini would get so big so fast! We could barely keep up with them.

This was taken a few weeks after we did the stone border and planted our flowers... they bloomed so nicely!

Jacob put the border on the flower bed and completely redid all the shrubs... most were dead, so we got some new ones and moved some around.

As I'm typing this, it's rainy and cold, and there are no more flowers in bloom!

Summer is gone! If it would stop raining, we'd enjoy fall!
