Katie Beth, (who lived with us for a few months last year and is now teaching English in an elementary school in Paris) set Christian up with a French penpal from her class. After sending a couple of letters back and forth, Alexandre sent Christian a package!
Christian was excited to find a book of Astérix cartoons (in French) inside.
There was also a wrapped package for Christian,
one for Isaac,
and one for "Mummy" !
The boys received matching Paris t-shirts,
and I got a cute Paris apron!
And they didn't even know that I love to cook!
